Dear friends in Christ,

It is with both great joy and holy urgency that I invite all spouses in the Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma to attend the Together in Holiness conference on February 17th. The holy vocation of marriage is a treasure chest of grace and the foundation for a flourishing human society. I pray that you will participate in this conference to further unpack the treasures of your marriage and learn to bring Christ to the world through your marriage. I hope to see you there.

Most Rev. David A. Konderla
Bishop of Tulsa

“How to Nourish Love in the Family”

Arland K. Nichols, President, St. John Paul II Foundation

“Thank you”, “I’m sorry”, “Excuse me” – Pope Francis has said these three statements are essential for marriage and family life. Gratitude is a foundation for love in family life, reconciliation heals family relationships when we inevitably fall short of love, and service becomes love in action. Arland Nicholas will draw from the wisdom of our Holy Fathers, past and present, as he teaches us how to nourish love in the family.

    “More Love in Your Marriage”

    Danielle Bean, Publisher, Catholic Digest

This talk walks us through some important guidelines for nurturing a deeply committed and loving relationship with your spouse, through all stages of marriage. With a focus on practical support and encouragement, we take on specific challenges (large family stresses, infertility, unemployment, family illness and special needs) with advice for nurturing your spousal relationship, protecting your marriage, and thriving in the face of challenge.
